The trials and tribulations of “liliane in london” are played out with great line illustrations, good humour and all around slice of life quirks, liliane is the main character in each strip, generally six boxes for each “story”, and the subjects range from the strange words the British use for things (eg. hob for stove) to the cost of an evening out in the London clubs to dyke relationship woes to how some people just don’t get it where the Lesbian Avengers t-shirts aire concerned. So much good to be said about liliane that the best thing to do is send away for one and see for yourself.
