The Jester Zine

I don’t understand why anyone would idolize Sommy, that asshole kid who staged instances of electronic harassment to terrorize his family. But this zine does idolize him, which might not reflect well on its creators. And while the rest of the zine isn’t as stupid or infantile, it’s not particularly clever or notable. There’s a bunch of poetry, some collages, a whole bunch of pop culture references. There’s a couple of good lines (my favourite is the satirical “If he’s dead, he was a musician I really liked a lot.”), but let’s try to find a point, okay? (KR)
