Subcultures was a 10 part radio series that ran on CBC Radio One and Sirrius Satellite radio weekly over the course of the summer of 2006. The series takes a grassroots, in-depth approach to understanding different subcultures. The show was hosted by Hal Niedzviecki, mixed by Paolo Pietropaolo, and produced by Lindsay Michael and Carolyn Warren.

A lot of people have asked me to post the show up on this site. Unfortunately, the CBC is not currently podcasting this show and I don't have permission to podcast it either. So for now, these excerpts are all I can offer those interested. If you like what you hear, or were a fan of the series, please do send an email to CBC Radio.
