A sturdy zine-review zine, Xerography Debt comprises a handful of columns and nearly forty pages of reviews, all written by zinemakers. The reviews are organised by review-er–who have bravely included their pictures and mailing addresses–which allows the reader to get a sense of each contributor’s interests, preferences and reviewing style. (This is particularly useful for those who wish to send their own zines to specific XD reviewers.) The tone is selective, casual, enthusiastic, personal and, as the reviewers themselves choose which work they discuss, generally quite positive. (Daniel Marrone)
