An interesting issue of the Writing Space which looks at the question of money in particular as it relates to the arts and to artists. Joyce Kline makes the point that artists in Canada are now treated as if they are engaged in some kind of industry. This sucks she says and she is so right. I was also very much impressed with Debbie Fersht’s poem The Artist. Very canny. Another excellent issue of this low profile but committed publication.
