Supplement shupplement. This is a tome, an ode, a poignant tribute, an excellent stitch of writing. Michelle always impresses us and with this we are only more convinced of her. Laying herself bare, including grade seven diary entries, she weaves the story of a friend who died at 15, their school and its students in mourning. She writes things like: “I saw Cory crying, probably a couple other boys were crying, but Bruno and Keir were solemn. Danny is crying. You can’t hold this against people unless you know it’s too dramatic for too small an acquaintance.” Oh ya, and since we loved this, Smudge and Dill wanted some credit for sending it to us. Thanks ya.
