This chapbook interweaves four longish poems with too many blurry, poorly reproduced photos of toilets and girls vomiting into toilets. The poems cover such diverse topics as O.D.ing at a rave, missing Montreal and celebrating how gross our bodies are. Jupiter comes up with some nice turns of phrase, but the poems are too personal and disjointed to be really interesting. The most readable poem is the one about Montreal; like most of us, Jupiter’s at her best when she’s writing about something other than herself. (Wendy Banks)
