transcendence

“Blithering mind expansion for the Raving masses of Toronto and the World” is the apt subtitle of this zine, that just might be a passport to Rave culture as it goes in T.O. Jam packed with Rave philosophy and relevant articles, even the design mimics the trance and electro groove of the Rave scene. Reviews of music, media and commentaries that explore important rave issues such as why crystal sucks all inform and entertain as they go. A piece on Glastonbury included some personal reflections on the scene, and plenty of precise information on what it was all about. These folks talk politics too, particularly about the Criminal Justice Bill that was passed in England to make Raves illegal. Well no matter. The party will go on. Long live Vapo-Rub!
