Thoughts

Presumably, since the publisher is a member of the Fellowship of Isis, Circle, the Pagan Spirit Alliance and the Pagans for Peace Network, and the publication is part of the Wiccan-Pagan Press Alliance, this is intended for those interested in Wiccan issues. But you wouldn’t necessarily know it from reading much of this. It’s full of news clippings about all sorts of things, but very few of them have any commentary attached. Why are Wiccans interested in the Scientologists’ infamous libel suit? Because they don’t like them, or because they see parallels? Why is there an article on animal sacrifices in various religions? Because Wiccans approve or disapprove? There are some original articles about Wicca and paganism, their future, their meanings and their rewards. But on the other hand, there are copies of articles about Nicaraguan contras and Robert Fulford on Clint Eastwood movies. I’m baffled. (KR)
