The Works
The Works is an interesting and concise newsletter, providing information about workshops, exhibitions, and places to go during the visual arts celebration in downtown Edmonton, which took place in 1999 from June 25th to July 7th. I suspect the 15th version will take place around the same time this year. From family fun to high art, there seems to be something for everyone to partake in. Lots of interactive workshops, ranging anywhere from performance to those given by crafts officers. One project that stuck out was the “Pop Art Exhibition”, showcasing the creative genius of dads throughout Alberta. Very professional, the whole City seems to be backing this… Might be a really nice time to visit! (PVP)
