This TO suburb music newspaper suffers from that rock malaise we’ve all seen so often: reviews, complacent interviews — Spirit of the West are making terrible pseudo-celtic rock and need to be assailed, not championed, give me Save This House any day — and columns that might have been interesting if the time and energy were taken to make them so. Spill needs to make more of a mess.
