Tales From Purgatory
Randy Smallman has created a very substantial body of work with his Tales From Purgatory series. Both the drawing and the story lines are, without question, excellent. About the only comparison that can be made with this comic is Neil Gaiman’s Sandman series. Both works explore the universe with infinite shades of grey. I’d highly recommend this series to anyone who’s likewise into Death. It’s the High Cost Of Living series. Definitely keep it going, Randy. You’ve got one guy who’s going to be buying. (DP)
