Spank!

Spank!

As threatened in the last Spank, much of this issue is devoted to cartoon. This is a problem, because the cartoons are amateurish, scatological and not very funny. The articles, on the other hand, can be genuinely interesting. The history of Mike’s involvement with zines, his correspondence with Nestle Canada about chocolate bars, his music and zine reviews are all offbeat and somewhat informative. And his frustration with his bank trying to foist a credit card on him speaks to the experience of many of us. (KR)
