I’ve always been accused of being overly negative, and it’s something that I don’t really deny. However, there’s plenty of reason to be negative! In a sea of meaningless garbage, it’s hard not to get down on people if their stuff isn’t very good. Luckily, I don’t have to say that about Kindling, a rather unassuming little zine out of Quebec that focuses itself on the livings of its author. At times funny, and at other times sad, one thing kindling never is is boring. Definitely recommended if you’re a fan of personal zines. If not, get out of here. (Anthony Gerace)
