Punk Fiction

Punk Fiction #4 gets my unqualified vote for the best punk zine I’ve seen in awhile. Lots and lots of cut-and-paste, well written articles, and rants. Check out, “Fuck Nazi Sympathy” and a piece about feminism that rallies the troops around issues that made feminism a vital force, stepping back to ask the punk scene “how many of them (women) organize those shows, play in those bands or produce those zines?” Important questions for any organizer of D.I.Y. events. Massive doses of politics, D.I.Y. culture and reports on “scenes” abound in the little punky gem of a zine. Politics, fun, humour, music and a “connect-the-dots” page all rolled into one. Cool — where do I sign up?
