Director Chris Nash presents the self-reflections of a shut-in trying to cope with a world in which man-eating lobsters are roaming the streets. Well, I suppose he’s not a shut-in, given the killer-lobsters, but unmotivated seems like a euphemism in this case. The dry, deadpan delivery of the narrator reflects a man lost in a world where lobsters rule, and the only solution is a televised instructional self-lobotomy with a coat hanger. Nash’s delivery is so understated it almost suffocates any urgency to an impending lobster apocalypse. Check this one out. (James King)
