A crudely drawn but surprisingly humorous X-men satire. When the National Organization of Super Heroes gets their funding cut, their mechanic tricks the evil Tough Dude into attacking city hall with the hopes that the mayor will be impressed when the heroes save the day and reinstate their cash. Hardly an intellectual experience, but definitely worth passing a few minutes with. Also included is a special colour tribute to Big-breasted Woman ah, I mean, Strong Woman.
