If you ever sent off for one of Derek’s last zine (Molitov Ladies Social & Garden Club) you could probably predict that his future work would get more and more intricate, what with his predilection for stickers and hand colouring. Well here’s proof that you’re Kreskin. Fussy things, like gluing envelopes within the zine, putting another tiny zine inside, and adding strips of sandpaper to the already thick tactile reading experience give Moon & Four Planets a distinctive but friendly presence on the fingers. Text is generally brief and includes fiction, a run down of the Rhinoceros Party’s platform, what really happened at Roswell, and a couple of opinion pieces on topics like how Hollywood is sucking our minds out our eye-sockets. Warning, the zine is sealed with a sticker that says “by breaking this seal you acknowledge that I am king of the world”. If you peal it back slowly it remains unbroken…
