Monsterbation
True to the promise of the accompanying letter, the main theme of this zine is, indeed, “zombies and schoolgirls”. But, as the letter goes on to say, “it works and the possibilities are endless.” Well, I don’t know if I’d say endless, but I will say that Monsterbation does work, its mixture of light hearted zombie information, school girls pining away for “cute comic guys”, and, of course, the young protector who has forgotten to stock the “zombie bunker”, propelled me through to the end. Okay I admit it, I have a soft spot for zombies, and maybe that’s why I find this comic funny and not as stupid as it really is. (HN)
