Maybe it was just me, but I had a bit of trouble following this comic series. The story revolved around two (or three) guys who are living in Mexico to avoid paying their student loans. Two girls, Anika and Bronwyn, arrive and complicate things. There is also something about an affair with someone’s daughter that doesn’t seem to get resolved. The characters aren’t developed well enough and too much is dependent on the reader’s inference, which is hard because we are not given much to work with. The illustration is okay, but the backgrounds are bare and sometimes I had trouble distinguishing the similar looking characters, which added to the confusion. (KJ)
