Mad Cow

Sometimes when a zine hits issue number three, the creators start noticeably losing steam. But this Cow’s just getting going, with a theme issue on heroes. Chow Yun-Fat, Lucy Maud Montgomery and Ani DiFranco step up for kudos in both comic and text formats. There’s also tons of movie and zine reviews, a scrap or two of poetry and a hint of student activism, all wrapped up in cut and paste, not to mention a bright pink ribbon. (HC)
