I have intermittently followed Liliane the bi-dyke’s adventures and I was excited to get a hold of these two. Her cartoon style is endearing and the thoughts she gets down on paper so relatable; either in a down’n dirty way or with a strum to my heartstrings. These issue have the same old drawing style I enjoy, however the story just didn’t do it for me. There was nothing wrong with it per say, just a little bland. Along the lines of going to the theatre to see a movie that in the end was more of a renter. I could’ve happily followed this tale online, had a laugh, a moment’s relation, and then moved on with my day, the cartoon being forgotten along the way. (hezy Douglas)
