Where, oh where has this book been all my life? As soon as I got my copy, I needed several more for my friends. This excellent and informative zine/book/creation is a translation of “C’est chaud dans les culottes des filles”. It’s a do it yourself herbal gynecology book that is so amazingly full of valuable info. I literally devoured this. Finally, diagrams and herbal remedies for my nether regions! I learned herbal remedies to help ease every stage of my menstrual cycle. As well, there’s handy info such as how to use reflexology to ease cramps. There’s references to other reading material, descriptions of herbs and even a section on aphrodiasiacs. $5 is a bargain for this kind of info. This book deserves to sit next to your copy of “Our bodies, ourselves.” (AK)
