Maybe the problem with this poetry chapbook is in its over-bearing formality. Sub-titled “Canada’s Independent Journal of Poetry and Reviews”, everything is very sharp and clear, no smudged mini-fonts or poorly reprinted pictures here, but within the confines of clarity, there is a sort of purposelessness of meaning. Anyway, this thing is pretty old (Fall 1995), so I won’t go into details, in fact, I don’t even know if this thing is still around.
