Gwailo
This is a locally produced comic that claims to pay homage to modern action flicks. The art is definitely what makes this comic. I found it confusing and hard to follow (but I’m not really a fan of action movies so maybe the difficulties lie in my powers of perception.) The creators are heavily influenced by the art of Frank Miller. Everything in these comics is extremely dark. The story isn’t much, but the art looks cool. (AK)
