Strongly written and well designed music zine that goes beyond the indie rock scene. Indeed, this issue of filler contains a long (but by no means boring) interview with author Russel Banks, an article on shortwave radio, a review of a noise music festival, an interview AND an article on a Cuban music compilation project as well as the obligatory CD reviews.
