This surreal little zine acts as the bridge between a cluster of interlocked zine makers including the work of Christopher Hutsul (who specializes in surreal camp comics) and Michael Comeau (rear-view mirror prose glimpses past a past that’s still happening). The drawings in Exist are thin and eerie, but the characters and their problems are all too familiar. The drawing is awkward, the stories are fragmented moments – it’s your life in scribble moments. Watch out for the over-sized bunny that comes in uninvited and eats your cereal. (HN)
