“Welcome Evil Grrls!” proclaims the exuberant introduction to this short, silly zine. Ostensibly dedicated to the pursuits of tough babe antics, it is unfortunately light in content, though remarkably weighed down by rhetoric. I mean, you gotta love the idea of this zine, but the articles are all vague testimonials in which an unnamed narrator encourages you to dress and act bad without ever saying where all this evil and attitude is going to take you, and why you should go there. More kenevil and less evil in the next issue, please! (HN)
