Don’t Touch Me

Okay if you are interested in the ever wonderful, ever evolving world of comics in Canada then get this anthology. Many of the greats are here, and Don’t Touch Me is presenting them with care and distinction. Important changes include moving to a glossy cover, improving overall production and basically concentrating on reprinting comics from greats like Peter K., Asleep At The Wheel, Jean-Guy Brin and so many more. Yeah, less talk and more action. There is only one interview in this issue, a long conversational piece between Dave and Chris Oliveros publisher and founder of the Montreal based comic publishers Drawn and Quarterly. This expansive interview covers everything from Oliveros’ theories about what makes a great comic to the nuts-and-bolts business side of publishing comics. Fascinating reading.
