Cougar WebWorks

The best thing about the Web is that people living in places like Argenta, BC (population, 150 humans and “countless deer”) can use it to pass their point of view on to the rest of the world. The home page of this site asks the following questions: “How do we survive, individually and collectively, on a day-to-day and forward looking basis? How do we celebrate, and choose what is worth celebrating? How do we find more balance in our lives?” For better or for worse, the offered answers to these questions are very New Age. Make contact with Spirit. Revel in Creation. Drink lots of Super Blue-Green Algae. The layout of the site is based on a seven-level chakra which identifies areas of life with parts of the body. Heavy. The most interesting section of the site is about African drumming (for those of you keeping score, this is the throat area, relating to creative expression). The information and anecdotes presented here are fascinating, and they obviously come from somebody who knows what he’s talking about.
