In this comic, Ian skewers former Ontario NDP Premiere Bob Rae, following his career from its beginning to its bitter bitter end. He also continues his psuedo-fantasy Woody Allenesque strip entitled the Mean Spirit of Harass in which the evil phantom Harrass and his cronies conspire to kill Ms. Socialism once and for all. Will they succeed?
