A very polished e-zine of fiction mostly leaning in an understated sci-fi direction. It may be just coincidence, but a lot of the stories over the past few issues seem to have a decidedly medical bent. No bad thing. You also get poetry and the occasional piece of what you might call speculative non-fiction. The artwork is magnificent. For a different e-zine experience, you also have the option of downloading each issue of Circuit Traces in Adobe’s Portable Document Format, which will put something closely resembling a full-colour printed magazine on your computer screen. You need to install special viewing software before you can do this trick, but it’s a freebie download available at the site. Highly recommended.
