The high production values of this zine, is a direct reflection of the Japanese anime films that it dedicates itself to. From the moment you hold the hand-painted cloth sleeve, it becomes evident that competence and taste abound this creation. There is also an encouraging air of self-awareness in the text, which points out and mocks the obsessive nature of some individuals that are “into” shows like Sailor Moon, and Ranma 1/2. The “True Confessions” of a University of Toronto Anime and Role-Playing Association member puts it all into perspective.
