I saw these guys play one of the Wavelength nights here in Toronto and I bounced between awe and resentment at the dexterity with which they navigated their instruments through mathematically precise riffs, time changes, and assorted deedly bits. This CD captures the same instrumental prog-punk rigor in all its heartless glory. (Terence Dick)
