Collaborative comics in which one artist draws the first panel and the next artist has to finish it off with the punchline. I think there is also some stuff that isn’t done like that. But it’s such a hodgepodge of stuff that I can’t really tell. The panels by Marcel Dzama stand out, and also the first series of strips under the banner “Living With A Drunk”. They’re in the so-stupid-it’s-actually-funny vein. Anyway, if you are interested in surreal comics, here’s a good place to go. (Hal Niedzviecki)
