In the wake of no-less than three Governor General Literary Awards nominations in the poetry category, The Globe and Mail writes about the amazing Toronto small poetry press BookThug: “Not since Coach House Press first published the likes of Margaret Atwood and Michael Ondaatje more than 40 years ago has a single publisher of poetry made such an impression on the national literature” In the end, Phil Hall’s lovely Killdear took home the big prize as well as $25,000.
Brooklyn Ink writes about a new zine on grief and loss, titled aptly Good Grief.
And Broken Pencil’s fiction editor and publisher, Hal Niedzviecki, gets a Rumpus review for his latest book Look Down, This is Where it Must Have Happened.
With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off? I’d really appreciate it.

Someplace within the sentences you managed to make me a believer but only for a while. I however have a problem with your jumps in assumptions and one might do nicely to fill in all those breaks. Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything. But imagine if you added some great photos or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”!
