The Second Annual Small Press in Ottawa eXpo for small press and self-publishers of comic books, zines and chapbooks published in and beyond the nation’s capital is slated for Saturday, July 31 st, 1999 from 2pm ’til 8pm. Participate in an exhibition to create spaces of solidarity with the Cuban people, acknowledging the widespread offensive against the only territory free of America that suffers the longest and arbitrary blockade in the history of humanity: Cuba, 40 Anniversary. There will be an exhibition of Arte-Correo, to be carried out in the city of Trois Rivieres, Quebec in the week of the 11 to July 17 1999 and will then be taken later on to the city of Quebec and to the city of Montreal, and concluding in the House of the Culture of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, in Havana, Cuba.
